Sauna is a Social Space. In Social Spaces you can find stillness AND boisterous Laughter (also called Guffaw)!
'Isolation Lake' is an immersive comedy taking place in a hot sauna. Pandemic-era bed rotting, online isolation, Moomin-esque folklore. Nine attendees at a time will take off their clothes, don their bathing suits, step into the 85°C (190°F) sauna, and sit closely next to each other on the natural cedar wood benches. After 5 minutes attendees will begin to sweat. It will be hot, intimate, and vulnerable. After 10 minutes Polina will add water onto hot rocks, making steam. After attendees cool off in the outdoor shower for 15 minutes and return to the sauna the performance will begin and continue for 12 minutes. The last 15 minutes are for cooling off, hydrating and getting dressed. Please bring with you a bathing suit, two towels, and a bottle of water. Each attendee must sign waiver prior to showtime.

We are back at Wild Heart Herb house for a special evening of attunement, sensory play, and deep connection in community and collaboration.
As you weave in and out of the Sauna, Gardens and Shop, sign up for a 15 minute sensory experience of deep rest and emodiment. Lay your body down in a soft and comforting rest nest in the gardens and receive an intuitive gentle bodywork session.
Focusing on the head, the arms, and feet, we will use plant-infused body oils, tinctures, beach stones and various other earthly items to awaken and attune all 5 senses.

Our DJs will be co-composing with South Shore’s melodies. Their sets will move biorhythmically with the arc of the setting sun, tracking the shift from daylight to nighttime, reading the patterns of the winds and waves, and responding with sound that is recognizable to you.

About your Sound Guides:
Ace On Earth is a music producer, DJ and visual artist exploring the depths of human consciousness and possibility.
He interweaves influences from deep bass, meditative sound healing, and natural organic elements to create his sound. He caters his song selection to create safe spaces for connection and exploration.
Queenisrightt is a vivacious extrovert who finds the best way to connect with community is on the dance floor. Weaving body, mind, and rhythm into a transcendent experience, his only goal is to make sure you leave the dance floor sweating. Queenisright is based in Providence, RI, and draws inspiration from regular travels to Brooklyn and the underground dance music scene. He curates sets that encourage freedom within yourself and allow you to move through any space with a little sparkle. His goal is simply this; come as you are, dance ferociously , and leave feeling curious.
